XJ-6879 components :

• Steel parts are die stamped or rolled , joined by MIG

welding and steel hardware . All metal parts are finished with epoxy powder coating which offers optimum protection .

• Wood parts, such as end panels with laminate cover ,

giving them a distinctive touch .

• Injected molded parts, such as outer backs and cup

holders, are made of high impact polypropylene .

• Polyurethane foams are manufactured to consistent

physical properties to provide maximum comfort and comply with California Flammability TB 117 ( optional ).

• Chairs are upholstered with quality fabrics which comply

with California Flammability TB 117 .

Five year warranty in material and workmanship .

Back:

•Cold molded foam is 55 Kg./m³
• The foam density can not be modified.
• Back height can not be modified
• *When applying wooden outerback, the base would be wooden.
• Optional 99 pleat with or without bilaminate

Seat:

• Cold molded foam is 60 Kg./m³
• Foam density cannot be modified.
• Counterbalance tip up mechanisms is made of steel strip.
