Detailed Material Description
1. Back panel:
Injection molded high impact polypropylene outer back with textured surface for ease of cleaning and maintenance. Recyclable and eco-friendly.
2. Back cushion:
Ergonomic backrest with lumbar support for added comfort.
Cold-molded foam provides years of service.
Foam density: 55±5Kg /m³
Back cushion thickness: 65~120MM.
3. Armrest:
Integral cupholder armrest made by one-piece, high impact polypropylene. Retractable center armrest design helps for added user space.
4. Seat cushion:
Contoured seat cushion design made with cold-molded foam for superior cushion lifespan and comfort.
Foam density: 60±5Kg /m³
Back cushion thickness: 70~100 MM.
5. Tip-up seat by counterweight mechanism ensures lifetime of smooth operation
6. Seat panel:
Vented seat pan design made by one-piece, high impact polypropylene.
